  • February 17 - Meeting - Casa Grande Margaritas & Cocina - 6:30pm
  • March 1 - “Save the Date Reminder Email“
  • March 1 - Last date for Sponsorships
  • March 10 - Meeting - Casa Grande Margaritas & Cocina - 6:30pm
  • March 17 – On-line Early registration starts
  • March 17– Deadline for what goes in booklet
  • March 24 - Meeting - Casa Grande Margaritas & Cocina - 6:30pm
  • ????? – Deadline for sign requests to Marianne
  • April 14 - Meeting - Casa Grande Margaritas & Cocina
  • April 9 – Early registration closes

Afterglow

Good morning! Before we get back to the day-to-day events, I want to thank each of you for your efforts. I have been approached by many speaking of the great event and good times had by all this past weekend. A special thanks goes out to those who went above and beyond the expected responsibilities. Every effort and every penny makes a difference. Thank you! We will have a lessons learned meeting in approximately a month and a Sponsor/Volunteer party later on. You will be notified soon of these dates. In the meantime pat your self, and your buddy on the back for a good job! Kudos! It has been an honor to be a part of this team. -Andrea

Everyone I spoke with is in agreement: The 51st Smith Regatta was a Great Success! The weather was great! The regatta competitors, volunteers, event sponsors and spectators really made it happen. A special thank you to Andrea for having the courage to take on an event of this magnitude. - Rick Upson
