Hello Everyone! Please make sure you let me know what signs you may need by this Saturday. In general I am planning for all the signs we had last year. But I have some questions that I need answered. Please respond here on the message board. If for some reason you can't, then text (do NOT call) 850-590-8334 or email rehwinkelfarm@embarqmail.com. (I would love to talk with you some other time, when I am not dealing with legislators.) Is the Beachton Yacht Club confirmed and will the signs we had when they were here last time be sufficient? Regatta Grille (Concessions), have we made any changes in the menu prices or items from last year. (attached) Please let me know how to do the signs for the various baskets of goodies--all three on one or separate signs and please give me your preferred wording. Let me know if any other new signage is needed for registration, auction, or beer truck. Thanks to all of you!

Marianne, we're getting new beer truck shirts this year. You have a sign for that, and I don't even know what shirt appears on it. Even though it's not finalized yet, I'll get you an image by tomorrow.

ALL: PLEASE do not make your own sponsor signs. Thank you, Deb & Angel for working on a Sponsor sign. We will work on a cheers sign as requested And thank you Deb, for the hint about uploading files. Sorry about that and thanks for fixing.

All: Deb and I are working on an alternate solution for the sponsors’ posters that will fit the space as Wright Indicated. Please do not worry about printing your own posters for sponsors.

All: There will be two 4 ft x 8 ft plywood boards erected behind the stage for sponsors' posters. Part of the space will be taken up by the 3 ft x 8 ft regatta banner from Tri-Eagle Sales. Anyone who wants to post a sponsor poster (max 11" x 17") can do so - I will have a staple gun at the beach. We should leave the top of the boards for the major sponsors. Each person who corralled the sponsor is responsible for having the poster made and for posting it. The plywood boards should be in place on the beach by 3:00 pm. - WCF

BOB... edit if you want to change up something... Small table tent sign or hanging sign that we can put over all 3 baskets that say "Get Cheers Tix here to win a Liquor, wine or beer basket" and can have the OCity merch in the basket with the beer in the cooler under table or ? .... We need to draw all of these first before the auction starts so people can carry them off and make room. Marianne, the signs I had last year worked well... SANDY or LINDA or JENNIFER do you remember a sign we didn't have that we wished we did?

Thank you for including the menu file from last year. May need an extension or other name correction - getting a 404 error. Was about to request more recent version, last one i had was from 2021. Am expecting lots of changes from what Kevin said at the ABYC meeting - mostly deletions. (Secretly hoping he'll reconsider salmon..)
