2023 Booklet as of March 24th @ 10:45am

The booklet is ready for proof reading. Please make sure you sponsors/advertisers/donors are there. Non-paying auction donors received a name listing only as our paiding advertisers used all of the pages. There are two with a name listing only that I am concerned about since their donations brought in fro, $120 to $450 dollars in the auction last year; PRP Wines and Tallahassee Lighting and Decor. Feedback is welcome.

The book is 56 pages with a total of 10 color pages: these are the front and back cover and the following:

Pages 52-53 are event committee chairs photos. Please review and send a different photo is you want. Also, does anyone need to be removed or added.

And page 54 is reserved pending decisions by the Wakulla Development Council.

Page 11, top right. The "at least $550,000" can be updated. My contributions history report estimates $581,800 total for Regatta. A lot of guessing for the early years but actual numbers from 1992 forward. May not include some payments made directly to ACS prior to Foundation.

Like I said earlier....do we really need to thank the major donor page???? And I think Wright said he had a page on windsurfing really not needed..ONE of the 16...and the 2 pages of US...would be 4 pages to recognize the donors.... if really needed...just put all of our names on part ofa page instead of the pics.....whatever....just feel it is more important to recognize the folks who give us something ....especially since some of them have been giving for more than 10 years

I stand corrected on my earlier post about Four Points by Sheraton. They have been added to the list of sponsors on page 16. Fat Doug's LCBT has been added also. What they gave is valued at over $500 and their logos will be on the shirt. That makes them Captain level sponsors.

Good catch on the "f" in windsurfing. About the Weta Trimaran. Is Weta the proper product name with trimaran being the type of sailboat, therefore Weta trimaran. I find it both ways on the internet on different websites. This posed more as a question than a fact. Thanks.

Thank Andrea for your eagle eyes. You caught things that have been for a few years. Here's what I've done:
1. Poseys and COABI with ladies photo at the bottom of page 9.
2. Added Shell Point Liquors and 4th Quarter to page 9 under the chance drawing announcement.
3. Moved Andrea to page 52 !! oh yes.

A few observations: - Page 9 - extra space prior to 5:00 pm on Friday, 4/28. - Page 9 Comma needed after "only" on Sat 4/29 8:30-10 am - Page 9 extra space at end of sentence prior to period 4/29. - Page 9 4/29 11-3 concession open burgers - needs "offering", same under 4/30. - Page 9 4/30 there is an extra space prior to 8:30 - Page 11 - all print bold - intentional? - Page 11 - off shore should be one word. - Page 15 middle section 2 paragraph there is an extra space prior to ( autumn) - Page 15 same paragraph "IS Windsurfing SE Series" should this be US not IS? - Page 15 3rd column club meeting time is now 7:00 not 7:30 - Four Points not on Thank you to Sponsors - intentional? - Page 39 under RULES extra spaces after sailing and instructions AND same under SAFETY at accordance. Drop my note about COABI girls on committee list since doesn't look like space available.

RE COABI. Suggest adding them to Schedule page 9 where breakfast is listed. "Continental Breakfast provided by COABI for registered..." and slip their logo along side with Posey's at bottom. (Have asked Gena about getting logo. It's on tshirts and hats) Also add them to the Committee list, Kristina Peeples (or Kristina, Tori and Lynn -first names only)

Seems like the most should get the best...I know Leah has been consistent through the years and highly appreciated.....but just like the folks who have given auction items for well over 10 years no longer get an ad but just a name listing....then again....so has Kristin...either way...2k is more than 500.

We should include COABI (Communities of Apalachee Bay, Inc.) on page 4 in the list of “Presented By” at the bottom of the page. They are paying for and volunteering to serve breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.
