Wow, what has happened? My understanding was for EVERYONE to submit their ad and sponsorship information to Andrea. She is your sponsorship coordinator. Andrea and I will work together to make sure we have everyone's information, etc. Ideally, using the message board would keep us all informed, but I know better so. here is her email address: ads0568@gmail.com

MARATHON/SP GAS AND FOOD/LIQUOR: I picked up a big box this morning from them with snacks and alcohol that can be made into a basket. They definitely need mention if you can please find room. Deb do you need SP Marathon/Liquors logo?

SHELL POINT KANGAROO/MARATHON/SP LIQUOR .... just found the packet I gave a couple weeks ago and he called me twice today.... got corporate approval to sponsor us every year. However, we have NO PAGES LEFT for their sponsorship. So, I've asked him for bottles of liquor and wine for our cheers tickets. ;) I'll go pick them up tomorrow/this weekend and report on the wine and liquor pages what we get. He said they'll give me a mixed thing of chips, wine, liquor etc so it could be a separate drawing.

SHELL PT REALTY/COASTAL HIDEAWAY: I virtually introduced Susie to Deb so they can finalize her one page (2 half ads); almost done. I've handed this off to Deb to finalize. PEARSON REALTY: Deb to send Lindsay a full page ad to proof as they have agreed to sponsor $500! I'll buy the other Tshirt since they don't get 2 registrations. I'm sharing the emails to finalize this and I'm out of it. For new donors I do hate telling them they have to register to get the other person since they're a couple. They're NEW and think they should have it at least the first time, 2 registrations but I know this hasn't been decided so I'll tell them to register one. CIVIC: I have a check for them and he loved the half page ad you made, Deb. HARBOR POINT REALTY: I just sent an email to Deb and introduced Susan so that they can finalize her half page ad so I am out of this now. NEW SPONSOR: Marilyn and her husband have a holistic farm and are donating eggs to Kristina (no credit wanted) for the two regatta breakfasts. THEY ALSO want a half page ad for their raw dog food which will be great for the auction but will need to stay frozen so she is working on a certificate for it and her ad but wants to talk to Deb about ad placement. I've given emails to both of them so they can work it out. She will get a half page ad for dog food, and will give it to me when all is over with so that it doesn't get warm at auction, we'll have a certificate for it with details so Digger can talk it up. https://store.raworigins.pet/ or what EVER you guys think you want to do. (b) Please create 2 certificates for 1-month storage needs to be created. Each will need to state: "for cars, boats, campers or trailers under 24 feet". Please send me proof of full-page w/both half ads on it and the gift certificates so I can get her approval and then Bob can grab the certificates whenever. HER PAYMENT for the one page ad w/2 half-ads: Each gift certificate's value is for one month and value is up to $60.00 + 7.55% sales tax = $64.21 ($128.42) for two.

Pearson Realty is sponsoring, sent a logo to Deb that was texted to me. I asked them to email it and let me know what they want to do. Shell Point Realty and Coastal Hideaway. Seineyard Rock Landing: I collected a check for $250 for their full-page ad and two $25 gift cards. They said we could use the same logo as last year and Deb, if you want you can move the fish around on the page. LInda Clarke Travel - New sponsor at the $500 level. Love that Andrea's email is "ads" Just heard from Sherrie on dinners. They are essentially giving us about a 20% discount on dinners for this year. Hard to assign a firm value. Last year we had 240 dinners. At $3 each that would be a $720 savings. In the past, we have given a small, business card equivalent size mention in booklet. We should do more this year, suggesting at least 1/2 page. I will also try to add a thank you to the dinner tickets, maybe put it on the back. Deb, you probably know Sherrie's mom is due to have surgery soon and she has also been working a lot. I did not ask her for ad copy, thinking you probably had some art work to build an ad from. ?? Mikes Marine.....Angel is working with them on picking up stuff. I send them a text with a cc of their ad and told them she would be contacting them about auction items so probably same ad as last year....and Angel will pick up the items the closer we get to regatta. Bow Stern.....Tom Derzypolski....$2,000 donor ....Deb has logo....will work with Tom to see if he wants to layout the one page copy. and get 2 shirt sizes and dinners. Timberlane....1/4 page ad same as last year....will pick up $65.00 check when I deliver booklets Kenny Ayers.....1/4 page ad, same cc as last year....and he want to do another ad for the stickers he is making.....but in hospital this week/neck surgery.....so probably need to reserve space for another ad for him. Tallahassee Lumber.....same as ad last year....will pick up saw for auction item middle of April. Golf Coast Ice......same ad as last year for ice donation....willl get with Doolittle on picking it up

1. Just got $500 check for Estes Seal Coating. Will email logo for ad soon. 2. Just picked up beer (cold) and a bag of items worth total $250 for ad in program. Someone will need to put it together. The cold beer may be fun for noodle chair piece. Up to yall. They will email their ad by or before next Wednesday. I'll bring beer and items to meeting for Auction Chair/Bob to store? 3. I have Chinese memorial lanterns they're beautiful and we could sell them? I'll bring to meeting. 4. I have a Publix gift card that can go with something. 5. FOUR POINTS BY SHERATON: I'll be meeting w/them tomorrow after work and pick up the basket worth well over $1000 as the included 2-night stay is $528/night for the Presidential Suite. Not to mention other goodies in the basket and a surprise always on the table of the suite when you arrive. I would appreciate consideration to allow their logo to be put on the shirt, as the Marketing Director does this on her own each year. Please let me know before I meet with them tomorrow. Thank you

WHAT HAS HAPPENED!?!?! . . . 1. Shell Point Marine and PowerSports: I just picked up $1000.00 check. I can bring it to the meeting to give to Linda Sunday. I am about to email their logo for the shirts and the ad for program to Deb. 2. I'll get the check for Estes Seal Coating this week or next and their ad and logo and send it to Deb. They're giving $500.00 3. I need someone to please pick up the ONE check from Haute Headz as I cannot pick them up before the deadline. It will cover 2 ad pages as last year and Deb knows what to remove from it. I need to know WHO will go and WHEN so that I can text Somkit and let him know as he asked. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP IN ADVANCE 4. Cabs and Counters, CIVIC Brewing, & Pearson Realty: I'm working on them. 5. Direct Auto: Deb Berlinger has everything now. Linda has the check. 6. PRP Wine International: I'll bring the certificates to meeting; same ad but the NUMBER has changed. Deb is aware. 7. Four Points: I'm meeting with them this Thursday after work to hopefully get the check. No, I don't know how much yet, but they will get a full-page ad regardless.
