  • March 1 - Last date for Sponsorships
  • March 10 - Meeting - Casa Grande Margaritas & Cocina - 6:30pm
  • March 17 – On-line Early registration starts
  • March 17– Deadline for what goes in booklet

Lights and Liquor

Hey Everyone, June Lee with Skybox Liquors is asking if we will have lights for Friday night’s cornhole games? Is that something we can cover? Also, I have 4 bottles of Three Olive flavored vodka to add to Bucket of Cheer…….just let me know who I need to coordinate with for delivery on Friday in Shell Point.

Booze for basket-- Adam has a deadline of TODAY to bring the booze to the club meeting to Sandy to basket up in prep for this weekend. CORNHOLE- Thank you all for your quick replies. It just goes to show how AWESOME "Team SMITH" is and "it will always be thus!" I like the Tiki doll idea. Heading out to 103.1 The Wolf! :) Have a great day everyone! Keep the dialogues going. Skybox did give out first place and we gave good gift cards to 2nd. No third since it’s an elimination type contest like a baseball playoff

Was reminded Sandy is doing the assembly. Might be easiest to get to her at SP. Yes, in the past June had provided prizes but i think just 1st place. I had some gift certs we used for 2nd and 3rd, at least the 1st year. Bob can probably fill in details. Will locate the gift certs file in case needed.

Thanks, Linda. I’ve texted Adam. Should we coordinate with June for “prizes” for the corn hole tournament winners? I am asking her the same question. Seems like she always had something and maybe we added to it?

Lights are always set up on beach for the whole weekend. Booze for the bucket comes via Adam but no sure who was helping with basket assembly.
