Message:

It's crunch time folks!

Good morning you esteemed planning committee members! I truly hope that you all have a very restful Memorial Day weekend. I also want to THANK EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU for your steadfast and diligent work to make this year's SCSMR the BEST one yet! A few reminders.. 1) PLEASE SHARE THE EVENT INFORMATION on your social media platforms, among friends, co-workers, communities, etc! A HUGE THANK YOU to all of you including Sandy, Bob, and Angel for posting consistently on your platform of choice! Please do not hesitate to share this event especially as deadlines like event and auction registration timelines are rapidly approaching. ** Key dates*** Online registration for the virtual auction is up and running -- it kicks off Monday, June 7th at 12:01am and runs until Wednesday, June 9th at 8pm! Online registration for the regatta is up and running, and continues until June 9th at noon. Both Rose and Deb have been working tirelessly to "get it right" in terms of databases, auction items, registration, etc. THANK YOU BOTH FOR ALL THAT YOU DO!!! 2) Please make sure that you have your signage requests in to Marianne by the deadline-June 1st! A HUGE shout-out to Marianne for all of the work on publicity--the billboard is quite impressive! Also, Sandy authored an AMAZING article that has been published in the Democrat--THANK YOU SANDY! 3) Please make sure that you enter in those donated goods/services to the database as soon as you are able. We want to make sure that we have everything accounted for for folks to view and plan their bidding activity! 4) If you have questions or needs, please do not hesitate to reach out me. I will address your concerns as we move forward. Thank you ALL for ALL that you do! Warm regards, Kristin Korinko 2021 Chair SCSMR
