  • March 1 - Last date for Sponsorships
  • March 10 - Meeting - Casa Grande Margaritas & Cocina - 6:30pm
  • March 17 – On-line Early registration starts
  • March 17– Deadline for what goes in booklet
  • March 24 - Meeting - Casa Grande Margaritas & Cocina - 6:30pm

3/24/25 meeting and volunteering

Good day- I look forward to seeing everyone at tonight's Smith planning meeting. We are one month away from the big event weekend! I will have an agenda but this task listing of all areas can help to ensure we have the correct amount of volunteers and all of the job assignments needed. I am hoping this can be used to trigger thought, clarity, and good planning. I will have copies available, plus the agenda, tonight at 6:30 at our standard meeting location. Have a good day!
