2025 Event Schedule - Dates and Deadlines

  • February 17 - Meeting - Casa Grande Margaritas & Cocina - 6:30pm
  • March 1 - “Save the Date Reminder Email“
  • March 1 - Last date for Sponsorships
  • March 10 - Meeting - Casa Grande Margaritas & Cocina - 6:30pm
  • March 17 – On-line Early registration starts
  • March 17– Deadline for what goes in booklet
  • March 24 - Meeting - Casa Grande Margaritas & Cocina - 6:30pm
  • ????? – Deadline for sign requests to Marianne
  • April 14 - Meeting - Casa Grande Margaritas & Cocina
  • April 9 – Early registration closes
  • April 23 – On-line Registration Closes at Noon

Volunteers for Smith Regatta Weekend

So far I have had four people reach out to confirm that they would like to help out during the Regatta: Marguerite McClure (SPSC) is available Sunday morning of the event, Sue Damon and Susan McQuary, both Shell Point residents, have volunteered to help with Auction on Sunday and Elizabeth Montgomery and Rick Upson would also like to volunteer. It would be very helpful if we had a Volunteer Coordinator to help keep track of these folks and to communicate with them leading up to the event. Any volunteers to coordinate the volunteers? : ) Reach out to me and I can provide contact information for each of them. ~A~
